It’s taken some digging but here is the link to the indictment of Dharun Ravi in the matter of Tyler Clementi.
Please note there are a total of 15 charges, including 4 separate bias charges, 4 invasion of privacy charges, and 7 witness, evidence, hindering, etc charges. Until I actually read the bias charges, I didn’t think the prosecutor could make these stick. Now, I think the office clearly has a case. Ravi’s legal team had best work out a plea agreement, cause he’s probably going to jail. The trail is slated to start in July.
