Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell is

almost, almost dead. The Senate has voted to repeal, 65-31, which is an impressive 2-1 vote in support of queer military personnel.

Now, the bill goes to President Obama’s desk for his signature. I’ll have a more extensive blog post on this tomorrow, but let it suffice that I’m delighted that I’ve been proved absolutely WRONG by the US Senate.

Hey Senators!. Y’all aren’t as homophobic as I thought y’all were. Good on you!
